This is a blatant lie. Islam is NOT separate from those who profess it and implement it in their societies. Explain to everyone here what a "deen" is. How is it unlike a mere religion? The dietary concerns of the OP are irrelevant and mere expressions of perpetuated ignorance and rejection of modern knowledge.

But, what if it's Boars Head? Doesn't quality count for anything, anymore?

i was going to respond to this but ive already said it so many times and it gets to the point where i know your one of those people who is against islam and all it stands for no matter what anyone tells you... even if god himself told you that your wrong, youd think your right... insha allah though, people like you are what make the religion more true. because without people like you the quran would be false. but its not because it talks about peoples attitudes towards islam like yours.... humdallah...

What is it with not having spaces after periods and commas? Is this some texting shorthand that is crossing over to standard keyboard entry? I have noticed that in a few posters postings. Let'sjustgetridofallspacesalltogether.Woulnd'tthat

sukrill: You are attempting to defend the indefensible. You must know that the the "Islamic republics" insist on a strict orthodoxy. There is no freedom of religion (or from it) there, and you know it. Islam will gain my respect when it earns it, which doesn't seem likely. Barbaric punishment for trifling deviations is not the way.

Quran has presented the most relevant evidence on this issue. Even the modern science proves this, consuming pork is not good for health. For Muslims its a faith to avoid pork and for a Non-Muslim there isn't any compulsion, just a logical evidence whether one accepts or not.

I'd rather die from pork than be blown up in NYC from some misguided Quran toting extremist.

Swine flesh should be the least of the worries.

Modern science does NOT prove that pork is any more harmful than other meat products, providing it's properly cooked or cured.

Muhammad Emmad: You'd be unclean too if you lived in a pigsty. It isn't the pigs' fault.

The way you all people are behaving really proves that by eating pork, all the qualities of a pig have been transferred in you people.

Do what you have to, eat what you have to and live the pigs way.

Quran has presented a guideline that Muslims have to follow. Who care whether you people eat pork or not!
