Yes because it is far easier to cause the destruction of the human race with nuclear bombs than conventional bombs.
Hasn't the cold war and the domino principle taught you anything?
I guess that Mystic and I at least agree that nuclear WMDs are a threat to humanity.
The only difference is that I view that everyone can be tricked into being stupid enough to use them ( hence my name Tricky D) while Mystic believes that only a Muslim would fall for it.
Are you an anti-semite or anti-Christian?

There was a cold war then. Saddam studied in the Soviet Union. His officers trained in the Soviet Union. They used Soviet Weapons, (T72 tanks, AK47, etc.) Baath party means socialist party, etc. Iraq was a Soviet client state.

The U.S. provided some aid to him when he fought the Iranians because the iranians had just taken our embassy employees hostage, blew up the Marine Barracks in Beirut, and were spreading terrorism via the Hezzbeloh. So if we could encourage them to attack each other, that was just fine.
Be that as it may, I both consider Russia & America the West; thus the same.
Anywayz, Russia & America are both foreigners to the Iraqi.
And they both perpetuated the cold war.

And unlike Americans Europeans (or at least I do) don't find anything wrong with socialists). In Europe a socialist doesn't equal a communist.

Nope.
But my record of posts being deleted you would be inclined to believe that I am.
That's why I don't post anymore in the Great Debate Thread.

That wasn't the point. It doesn't matter whether or not you find anything wrong with being a socialist. The USSR were socialist, and so I pointed out that the Baath party was socialist to show that Iraq was a client state of the USSR, and not our friend.

It doesn't matter though. Even though you clearly don't know much about history, it's kind of fun to hear you mangle your way through it. I encourage you to write more on this subject.

No, as any European would point out to an American is that the Russian government isnít a socialist government but a communist regime.
The French government is a socialist government.

Is it because I only criticise America?
Or because I criticize the whole Western culture and Americans as a world power believes itself to be the epitome of Western culture, thus take it personally?

It is a good thing that the mods here in the religion section have known me since the beginning.
Because they know that I do not only criticize Christians, but also atheists.
Or Muslims, Hindu or any other person with a belief-system that isn't like mine.
In fact I criticize everyone I disagree with and I don't find anything wrong with voicing my opinions.
This makes me an equal opportunity critic.
But unlike most posters I don't care whether people agree with me or not.

Why would I take it personally? I'm not an American.
