RESPONSE:

Yep! That ought to keep the troops in line.

My friend Ralph is going to include the same claim in the book he feels inspired to write establishing his own new religion.

Do you think all the readers will believe him?

The Quran has a perfect control.

and in it you can read that the Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings of Allah be upon him is the final Prophet.

Jesus peace and blessings of Allah be upon him was before Muhammed.

and Muhammed became a prophet after 610 years from the ascending of Jesus to Heaven .

and there was no prophet in the period between jesus and Muhammed .

and there will be no prophet after Muhammed.

any one claimed or will claim that he is prophet is a lier or kind of sick.

but the people in this planet in the future and i do not know how many years they will see a real prophet but not a new one and that is Jesus .

Jesus will descent (to the earth) from Heaven to perform some tasks
The Prophet Mahammad (peace_be_upon_him) said:

There is no prophet between me and him, that is,
jesus (peace_be_upon_him).
He will descent (to the earth).
When you see him, recognise him:
a man of medium height,
reddish fair,
wearing two light yellow garments,
looking as if drops were falling down from his head though it will not be wet.
He will fight the people for the cause of Islam.
He will break the cross,
kill swine, and abolish jizyah.
Allah will perish all religions except Islam.
He will destroy the Antichrist and will live on the earth for forty years and then he will die.
The Muslims will pray over him.

(Book #37, Hadith #4310)

RESPONSE:

How do you know it isn't going to be Ralph instead?

As someone once asked, if Cinderella says this is a true story and you have to believe every word of it, do we have to believe the story of Cinderella is true?

It all starts with presuppositions and goes from there.

Atch-yooo-ally, catman, doesn't it start even earlier than that with a frantic necessity to "have" a savior, someone/thing to believe in, since they can't believe in themselves or in chaos? That leaves one all alone in this universe, doesn't it, which is a very terrifying concept.

Ergo; a necessary God. So now, given that, let's put together the necessary support story.

BTW, Seeker, excellent video! Sorta demolishes the general Muslim argument, doesn't it? Of course, all their excuses and claims are just being parroted from their mystic leaders. A similar totally blindered belief programming exists within the greater Christian religion: do as the Church tells you to do and say! No waffling, no arguing, and certainly, "No independent thinking! Or else!"

This question is just begging for a Scientific Miracle to be revealed.

For example God could have said something like:

"The Moon rotates around the Earth and both rotate around the Sun - as they do, the Sun illuminates the Earth and the Moon. The part of the moon facing the sun is lit up while the part facing away from the sun is in darkness. The revolution of the Moon around the Earth makes the Moon appear as if it is changing shape in the sky. From Earth it looks like the Moon grows from a thin crescent to a full disk (or full moon) and then shrink back to a thin crescent again before becoming completely dark so that we can't see it."

Instead the Qur'an says:

قُلْ هِيَ مَوَاقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَالْحَجِّ

“...Say: They are but signs to mark fixed periods of time in (the affairs of) men, and for Pilgrimage.” (2:189)
another miracle in the Quran regarding the cause of phases of the moon

Allah discribed it in one short verse
And for the moon We have appointed mansions till she return like an old shrivelled palm-leaf. The Noble Quran

You must be drinking some pretty strong Koolaid if this is what you think constitutes a scientific explanation?

do you know why the moon change her shape from full to half to crescent?

here is the scientific explanation

The revolution of the Moon around the Earth makes the Moon appear as if it is changing shape in the sky. From Earth it looks like the Moon grows from a thin crescent to a full disk (or full moon) and then shrink back to a thin crescent again before becoming completely dark so that we can't see it."

the above Allah described in one short verse
And for the moon We have appointed mansions till she return like an old shrivelled palm-leaf. The Noble Quran

and here is another translation for the same verse
And the moon, We have measured for it mansions (to traverse) till it returns like the old dried curved date stalk. The Noble Quran

No your archaic qu'ran does not provide a a scientific explanation. Nor doe your alleged scientific explanation anyway resemble science.
A lunar phase or phase of the moon is the appearance of the illuminated (lit-up) portion of the Moon as seen by an observer, usually on Earth. The lunar phases change cyclically as the Moon orbits the Earth, according to the changing relative positions of the Earth, Moon, and Sun. One half of the lunar surface is always illuminated by the Sun (except during lunar eclipses), and hence is bright, but the portion of the illuminated hemisphere that is visible to an observer can vary from 100% (full moon) to 0% (new moon). The boundary between the illuminated and unilluminated hemispheres is called the terminator.

Animation of the Moon as it cycles through its phases, as seen from the Northern Hemisphere. The apparent wobbling of the Moon is known as libration.

No mansions or shriveled palm leaf.
