I got a better question to wonder about. Is the prince of Saudi Arabia a materialistic upbringing. Would that resolve his conscience for this Sharia Law subject less?

Sharia Law is not the problem .. its the application and the understanding of it .

No ..
My personal opinion .. I finde that this is something very absurd and silly ..
Is there any possibility that the US report of pornography found in bin Laden's compound is fabricated and spread to try to discredit him among his followers?

Actually I'm not sure if Islam would forbid pornography. It does forbid "idolatry" and porn could be seen as a form of worshiping images. Also it would go against the modesty of women.
Still I don't think Islam has any restrictions on self-pleasuring and I'm not sure it's as against "lustful fantasies" as Christianity. So I guess maybe I'd think porn isn't allowed, but that erotic literature might be okay as that wouldn't have to involve images or women behaving immodestly. But I am not a Muslim so take that with a grain of salt.

Masturbation is forbidden, looking at a woman other than your wife is forbidden, any unnecessary photographs of people are forbidden.. Pornography or any use of it are essentially an impossibility for a Muslim.
