Here's a islam post I can agree with. Muslim architecture IS beautiful! They are the equal of any Christian architecture at a bare minimum and often times far better!

Yes, it is. The mosques are very beautiful. So are Gothic cathedrals, IMO. But neither does anything to prove that the doctrines promoted therein are true.

There are some eye appealing architectural shrines to many other forms of superstition. Monuments to the hold that ancient superstitions have on the mind of men.

Goodness how could you leave out;

The Taj Mahal, the Dome of the Rock, Hagia Sofia, Isfahan, Maydan-i-Shah, Selimiya to say nothing of the La Alhambra, El Alcázar or the Great Mosque of Cordoba.

The Taj Mahal, Palace of Alcazar and Hagia Sofia aren't muslim mosques, Isfahan is a Iranian province and Alhambra as well as the Great Mosque aren't in Arabia so I guess they don't count.

I haven't heard of the other two though...

They were commissioned and built to serve that purpose, but I can still appreciate them as lovely architecture. I'm partial to the Cologne Cathedral and Gothic architecture in general.
