New research confirms the importance of science and learning and the benefits of medical and psychological protection from the many rights an increasingly note .. To read ....
A new study that educated people are less likely to become depressed and more and achieve more accomplishments and enjoy better health. The researchers say that education helps the person to manage his life better and to overcome the problems encountered, such as unemployment, divorce, death of relatives and friends.
And helping skills that one learns while studying for his understanding of the need for more skills, and help on how to use the skills of others. Says Professor John Beiner, Director of Research at the Institute of British education, the researchers wanted to in this study to highlight the benefits of non-economic education, and stresses that it is very important to encourage all community members to learn because there are many additional benefits, obtained by the learner, learner usually be more able to solve various problems.
Organizers say this study should provide learning opportunities for the largest segment of people and pay attention to spreading knowledge among the people and this will help in the development of the social level and help them to a better life. This confirms previous studies that the persistence of human learning to protect against senile dementia, and makes it healthy emotional and physical best.

This scientific study emphasizes the importance of science and reading and every day scientists discover new benefits of science, The Glory of God! When we contemplate the message of Islam we find that it began with a speech (read) The Almighty says in the first verse of the Qur'an was revealed: (read the name of your Lord who created) [Alaq: 1]. In this speech signal to us that Islam is a religion of science.
If we examine the words of the Koran, we find that the word (science) and its derivatives contained in the Qur'an more than five hundred times, and this shows the interest of Islam, science, and the Holy Prophet peace be upon him considered that knowledge is obligatory on every Muslim man and woman. What advocated by the researchers of today need to provide learning opportunities have called for Islam by more than four centuries, and this fact attests to the greatness of this religion and the sincerity of the message of Islam. Allah the Almighty says: (Say: Are those who know and those who do not know but remember the men of) [Zumar: 9].

There are those who know that they don't know...
and then there are the rest.

Most of those in the first group are willing to seek and accept information developed in a repeatable scientific manner.
Most in the second group will put even more effort into denying same.

Getting educated (and the resulting benefits from it) has nothing to do with anything in the quran. There is no science in the quran or generated from quran.

I don't think Islamic religious (in most of the larger Muslim nations) leaders give a rats posterior about educating the faithful. An uneducated flock is much easier to control.
