I'm dying to know this has with Islam, unless Islam is based upon some dress code this image happens across the world everyday and in every religion and places that have none.

My first question would be......why did he put his wife in a nursing home?

Yes, we are Muslim because Allaah(swt) does know us, even when we forget who He is. He feeds us, when we are ungrateful, He guides us when we are lost, He shows us mercy when we show hate.
That isn't the beauty of Islam, that's just the beauty of being a basic decent human being. If it wasn't for the thread title or the headgear in the picture, we would have had no way of knowing what faith they might have.
