Hi there. I have a Quran that I am basically done with. I am just wondering what I should do with it. I know I would never throw a Bible in the trash, what should I do with this Quran?

Thanks in advance.

Libraries usually have donation boxes handy....you could just put it in one of those.

Hi Macrina. You know I never thought of that. Thanks for that idea. I will be out by the library in a couple days! =)

I assume it is a translation. If it is a translation, a library is an excellent choice.

If it is in Arabic, It would be best to give it to a Mosque, or to a Muslim.

Yes, it is a translation with commentary. That is what I am going to do with it. Thanks!

Not sure who left me that message in my rep comments, but it was rude. While I am a Christian, Southern Baptist, I treat this book with respect as it is just as Holy to it's people as the Holy Bible is to me.

I do not follow the Quran, but as a Holy book, I do treat it with respect. No need for such comments.

A library would take it. Possibly for their fiction section.

Just a joke there, they would take it as a donation though.

As a Christian, was it worth the read?
What did you get out of it? (insight, perspective, a good story, something more, etc)
