Yet Turkey has no problem with striking Syria themselves.

Like I said I believe the statement about not letting the US strike from Turkey was for politacal purposes only.

At the moment I doubt if Turkey has any concern if it fires on ISIS, Rebel forces or Government forces. They are going to shoot at whoever shoots at them.

It's hard to say who is funding, or backing, ISIS, but someone is behind it, and maybe more than we think.

Turkey seems to be playing both sides of the coin.

ISIS is probably the wealthiest Terrorist group to ever exist. Their current wealth is estimated to be 2 billion dollars and an estimated daily income of 2.5 Million. Virtually all of it stolen from Iraqi banks, businesses, individuals and from bootleg sales of Iraqi oil

At the rate ISIS is stealing money and selling bootleg oil Qatar might ask them for financial assistance.

Keep in mind just prior to this, China signed the largest oil lease deal in history with Iraq. those billions will end up in the hands of ISIS if they can get the oil to China, which they seem to be doing.

Some of the bootleg oil seems to be reaching even American refineries.

while this one has a Kudish origin, ISIS could be doing the very same thing and getting by with it.
