Any site that gets into Islam in depth will be called a hate site, and the information contained within, will not be put out by Islam itself.

I see it is an ongoing counter of what they define as terrorist attacks.
The counter only goes in one direction. In other words if there are no new attacks it stays put. This goes back to 9/11 2001. Did they count that as one attack or as 3,000?
A very large part of that number is going to be the Hamas Rockets out of Gaza. I suspect that a very large part of that number will be Rockets fired from Gaza---Are you going to say that reflects all Muslims?
Looking at the page I still come to the conclusion that the vast majority of "Terrorist" attacks are in one part of the world and virtually all deaths are Muslim killed by despots claiming to be Muslim
Some of the pictures do look a touch fabricated. The "German Shariah Police" wearing shirts in English.
But it is a view and we all need to look at all views and try to understand the reason for them

still thinking an Ayyat is a commandment. and truncating it at that and taking just one Translation
For beginers you can try an online translator and you will find أَشِدَّاء does not translate as Harsh. It is more in line with firm or stern as a teacher would do with a student.
Putting the Ayyat in whole with both the English and Arabic You will Find the Arabic word for Harsh قاسية does not appear in it.
Looking at the full ayyat and using Assad's Translation you will find:
48:29 (Asad) MUHAMMAD is God’s Apostle; and those who are [truly] with him are firm and unyielding towards all deniers of the truth, [yet] full of mercy towards one anotherThou canst see them bowing down, pros*trating themselves [in prayer], seeking favour with God and [His] goodly acceptance: their marks are on their faces, traced by prostration. This is their parable in the Torah as well as their parable in the Gospel: [they are] like a seed that brings forth its shoot, and then He strengthens it, so that it grows stout, and [in the end] stands firm upon its stem, delighting the sowers. [Thus will God cause the believers to grow in strength,] so that through them He might confound the deniers of the truth. [But] unto such of them as may [yet] attain to faith and do righteous deeds, God has promised forgiveness and a reward supreme.

The Hori Ayn while often called Virgins by Scholars and Imams actually translates to "Wide Eyed Beautiful companions of the highest virtue"
