If American Muslims beheaded people like isis is doing I would fully except American Muslims to form up an stand with other Americans to stop them. If an American group was beheading people in other countries in the name of america I would expect Americans to form up and offer any help needed. This belief leads me to wonder why Muslims countries are not flocking in to stop this isis thing.

The ones that are financially capable are doing just that. However keep in mind, well over 1/2 in fact nearly 2/3 of the world's Muslims are in 5 Nations and in 2 of those Islam is a minority.
But Indonesia and Pakistan which represent about 1/3 of the World's Muslims are in the midst of the war against ISIS

Keep in mind ISIS is out to destroy nearly 90% of the world's Muslims they are a greater danger to Islam than to any Western Nations. the only reason any non-Muslims are being harmed is because they happen to be in the Muslim Nations ISIS is trying to conquer.
This war is predominantly a war of Islam versus ISIS
ISIS, is Islam, followed more closely than most other branches.
They are doing exactly what Muhammed did, and ordered his followers to do.
Muslims fighting ISIS are not fighting for religious purposes, as ISIS can show you in writing, from God, they are on the right path.
The west actually needs a group like ISIS, so the world can see what Islam is all about.
