Takes the wind out of the sails when these muslims pretend Jesus is an important part of Islam, which he is not.

Nothing was "ruined" here. In fact, I'd argue that Montgomery County removed religious references from their calendar to SPITE Muslims. Sort of like a small child who runs away, taking the ball with them when they don't get their way. The days off will remain unchanged, but how they are referenced is different.

This Jew can't imagine why anyone would have an issue with a calendar referencing Eid ad-Adha or Ramadan, or Diwali, or Soltice for that matter. Those days do not necessarily warrant a day off (Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashana do only due to the higher than average number of Jewish teachers and the religious obligation not to work) but a reference does not hurt anyone.

The problem here, and the Christians brought it on themselves, is that many years ago they based much of the rules on the Christian religion, even though we are supposed to have separation of church and state.

Islam and Christianity cannot exist on equal terms, one must be dominate.unlike the Jews and Christians can.
The Christians are a more advanced society, and political correctness will be what kills them unless they put a stop to it all.
The Christians are held to a higher standard than the muslims, and most expect the muslims to act like animals, which they do just fine.
Islam cannot co-exist with anyone, not even themselves.
It is only now in the last few years the people of the west are starting to realize it.

No religion should be allowed in the school system, especially ones that cannot get along.

I won't dwell on "this is America and OUR traditional yearly holiday's" why? because there is another side to this
saga that few will get albeit a indirect colaboration by this particular school board and district with muslims. The
agnostics and atheists in the school system along with a handful of community supporters conviently allowed the
muslims to surrogate their spin and mutual hatred for the christian and Jewish God of Abraham ( messanics as with christians Yeshua) This communityand county will suffer judgment within this Shemitah year a collspse of the economy the potential or disaster, illness and accidental deaths. NEVER remove God. We christians do not fear anything muslim. We are forever grafted to the olive branch of the Jew so we will have manger with a huge menorah 20 ft high! I promise Hanukkah and Christmas will not be ruined in spirit if not open celebrations,

It was really the school district that decided to drop the holiday names from the calendar. They didn't drop the days of observance, however. So it's not as bad as it sounds and falls on the school district as it was their decision.

Could you please graft yourself someplace less hateful? We don't want you if you can't get along with our Muslim cousins. Kthx.

I say the same about my fellow KKK and Nazi party members.

Why can't we all get along.

Thing is, Christmas isnt really a christian holiday anymore.

Christmas began as a pagan holiday which evolved into a christian holiday which has now turned into a secular holiday.

Seriously what does rudolph and frosty the snowman have to do with the bible?
