We do believe in Djinn they are intermediary beings between humans and Angels. Typically we have no contact with each other. We believe Iblis, the Shaytan mentioned in the Qur'an and Bible is a Djinn. Unlike Christians we do not believe he was a "Fallen Angel" as the Angels do not have free will, therefore can not fall.

Yes many Muslims from the Mideast do believe in black Magic, not so much among western Muslims.
