I think it is except those Muslims who meet their criteria.
If any non-Muslims are not killed, they will be suppressed by subjugation.

Quote:
What are they trying to accomplish?
Avoid eternal Hell, and going to Paradise with eternal life plus all the sensual delights as promised by Allah in the Quran.

Does Allah condone these bombings of innocent civilians?
Not directly.
Allah sanction the fighting [including killing] of non-Muslims and hypocrites if they are a threat to Islam and Muslims.

Since what is 'threat' is vague and ambiguous, the members of ISIS acted out based on the reading of the various verses to the best of their ability and understanding. The Muslims of ISIS would not dare to rely on their own thinking and go against Allah's word. Therefore their acts are based on what is in the Quran.
Their actions resulted in the killing of innocent* civilians.
* This term "innocent civilians" is ours and not of the members of ISIS. To them it is killing of those who are a threat to their religion in accordance to the Quran.

The root cause of this problem is those verses with evil laden elements and dualistic meanings should not have been included in a holy book, i.e. the Quran.
Some will say the Bible also has evil laden elements but the fact is the NT has an overriding pacifist maxim to control them. The Quran do not have an overriding pacifist maxim.

Quote:
Do the perpetrators of these atrocities against the innocent get rewarded in their afterlife?
Yes, greater than the average Muslims.

When one looks at who ISIS is targeting as recruits it does not seem their goal is related to Islam. Currently their emphasis is on non-Muslims or non-practicing Muslim teenagers from Western Nations. They do not seem to want any fighters in their midst that have some knowledge of Islam.

I suspect that until recently their daily income of over $2,000,000 was a strong incentive for their actions I suspect that they have visions of controlling the oil wealth in the Mideast. Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran and Iraq are they key for the exploding China and East Russia markets. The only feasible way they can get cost efficient petroleum will be a pipeline through Afghanistan, Pakistan and into the oil fields of Iran and Iraq. They also seem to want to encourage hatred of all Muslims to discourage Western Nations from accepting refugees from Iran, Iraq, Yemen and Syria which will give ISIS a captive labor force.

Thread closed. It appears to have been started to cause strife in the forum rather than to start a civil discourse.
