To be thought of being intelligent, you have to be using your intelligence well. Now use your intelligence to understand the phrase, "those who wage war on Allah and His messenger and spread fasad on earth".

In Arabic, "and" is used quite often to join two or more parts to create just one phrase. In the Qur'aan, the phrase, "Allah and His messenger" does not mean "Allah" and "His messenger" but "Allah and His messenger", together as one phrase. It simply means "the Message" from Allah that is delivered by His messenger (The Qur'aan). Therefore, by waging war on Allah and His messenger is meant waging war on the Qur'aan and spreading fasad in the earth mean one term of physically waging war on the Qur'aan and Muslims. Don't expect Muslims to kiss you for such a war. History is full of those who waged wars and their hands were cut off so that they can never use those hands to wage war again. It happened to Hitler and it happened to Japan.

You asked a question about such simple phrase because you did not have enough intelligence to understand such a phrase in the Qur'aan!
