Somali rape victim, 13, stoned to death - Africa

Well, I guess the truth finally came out and I still say I don't think anyone can condone the actions of these Islamic Extremists. Unfortunately a 13-year-old innocent girl had to suffer such a horrible death at the hands of these extremists.

True, both Christianity and Islam have had their share of stoning in ancient times, however when was the last time that you heard of anybody that is a Christian being stoned to death? Two wrongs do not make a right and the practice of stoning someone to death is such a barbaric practice by today's standards that I believe that no civilization could condone such an act.

You really have NO clue as to how nauseated that comment makes those in the world outside of Islam, do you?
Instead of bringing people to a peaceful God, Islam is actually CREATING ATHEISTS by claiming that any sort of a God would want this.

This is only one step away from earlier religions that used to sacrifice virgins to God to make crops grow during the following year.

In the US, there are people who plead guilt to crimes and investigation will sometimes find that they did not do it. They are mad. There are people who plead guilty, but we allow for the process of law to determine that, not wanting to punish an innocent person and realizing that the person confessing may be mentally unbalanced.

Just because a woman admits to a crime and asks for punishment means nothing. Unless the society, itself, is insane. Who would want it on their conscience to harm an innocent person? It is NOT God that killed her, it is MAN. And one way or another, these people will be judged for their actions. Harming other people or exacting punishment that is inappropriate to the crime is not something you can 'get away with' because of claims that your religion demands it.

You believe your suicide bombers are given a reward in heaven. I think, when they die, they experience a great shock because they see then with clearer eyes and realize the horror they were coaxed into doing by a twisted belief system.

It is a sexually repressed society.
Muslem men are obsessed by sex. When the terrorists come into Western countries they often frequent places of ill repute and purchase porno.
Because they are so repressed, woman are made to cover themselves. You see, they blame women for their lack of control over their own bodily functions.
Men in those countries, many at least, oftne think it is the woman's fault if a man rapes her.
These are very backward societies.
Which is a shame, because they have such promise. They were once the pinnacle of civilization, and look at how far religion has made them fall.
There is a lesson here, for the West, to keep religion in its place and that is definitely NOT to interfere with government.

You mean like the people with Rev. Jim Jones who willingly drank the cool-aide? Or that star cult who offed each other with the sure knowledge that they would be beamed up to HaleBop(sp)?

So if you are insane, you can be pronounced as such, but if you associate with a community like yourself you can just call it a cultural difference?

So, you do not believe there are crimes against humanity?

Was Germany, in WWII a mere cultural difference, killing all those people - gypsies, half-breeds, Jews, and if given enough time, all Aryans(which would have included Japanese and many Russians and probably a lot of Italians)?

I can live and let live, but when people come into our countries and want to have laws change so they can rule themselves under Sharia I take offense. You see the kind of crap that Sharia can do to a culture. When kids are born in our countries, they are citizens and abide by our laws. If Muslims don't like that, they can just control their breeding.
