Meeting between the inhabitants of Earth and the inhabitants of some other planets
Sooner or later, the humanity will face an exciting, and may be a fruitful, meeting between the inhabitants of Earth and the inhabitants of one [or more] of the planets.
Mars may be the most anticipated planet for this event, because of the information that astronomers have obtained about it, and which affirm the existence of water and other essentials of life on its surface.
To confirm such anticipated meeting between the inhabitants of Earth and the inhabitants of some other planets, we refer to the word of God, in the Quran 42: 29
و مِنْ آياتِهِ خَلْقُ السماواتِ و الأرضِ و ما بَثَّ فيهِما مِنْ دابّةٍ و هو على جَمعِهم إذا يَشاءُ قديرٌ
The explanation:
(And [one] of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and what He has spread abroad therein of beasts [lit.: moving creatures]; and He is All-Able to gather them if He wills.)
The interpretation:
>> ( And [one] of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth) It means: Among His signs that indicate His existence is the creation of the planets including the earth,
>> ( and what He has spread abroad therein of beasts [lit.: moving creatures] )
i.e. the creatures [:animals and human beings] that move on these planets including the Earth.
>> ( and He is All-Able to gather them if He wills.)
Here, there is a clear declaration about the possibility of meeting between the inhabitants of some of the planets and the inhabitants of Earth.
We're not going to meet people from Mars because there aren't any. It's possible that we might discover some microscopic life or at least fossils of microscopic life but we have high resolution photographs of Mars and of course the Mars Rovers have explored small areas of the surface but without a doubt there are no animals comparable to human beings roaming the surface of the red planet.
This is till now.
But - bearing in mind - the clear atmosphere of Mars, its day and night succession, its water ...etc; almost many other findings will be discovered.

quran didn't mention mars , it's okey to ponder and to think personally that may be there's life in mars , but don't say that quran said Mars becuse it didn't
i agree with you that quran refere to existence of life somewhere in galaxies , one of the companion of our prophet realized tht as well , and many muslims wrote about it
In his book,The Bible,The Quran and Science, Maurice Bucaille writes ,"...it comes as no small surprise to the reader of the Quran to find that earths such as our own may be found in the Universe..."
The book by Bucaille says that the Bible is for the most part false, and the Koran is true, but the Christian Campbell, PhD, says the Bible is true, and the Koran is false. How can science contradict its self? It can not, but people who bias their works can make sport of both science, and the Holy Books. The Koran many times says the Bible is the word of God, and can lead the believer to Him, but the Koran says to be careful on what you accept in the Bible. In other words there is a sort of a Cabbala, a mystical hidden side to the Bible, in both the Old Testament, and the New Testament, that only the pure understand. Why would the Koran not clearly speak on what I said previously so the reader could understand? Because the Koran, Table, chapter 5;47-48, said that God wished to test his creation. If God wishes to test, then why would someone reveal the test? Because God sends other teachers, when the time is right. I bring no new scripture for Mohammed was the seal of the prophets who bring Holy Books, but I am a teacher who explains the Holy Books of God, I am Al Mahdi. Bucaille contradicts the Koran when he says the Bible is false. Unfortunately, because Muslims have a history of learning ideas not found in the Koran, they have come to replace what the Koran says, with man made ideas. The Koran says that there are many mischief makers who go on pretending to be true Muslims, but they in reality toss the Koran behind their back. It is unfortunate that these mischief makers have Doctorates, and degrees in medicine, so that the common Muslim will follow false teachers. You do not follow man made teachers, with their credentials from universities, but a true Muslim should follow those who God proves are his messengers. God proves it by signs, miracles, and wonders.

There aren't any people on Mars, and if and when there are, they will be humans. I don't think microscopic fossils would count.
It is true that the Quran did not mention Mars by name; but many of the Quranic ayat implies the existence of life on the planets.
And according to the data and knowledge about Mars, and tha it includes water, such Mars is most expected to bear life on it.
Moreover, seeing this Earth, and how it is filled by a large number of people: black, yellow, red and white races; then almost this Mars will not be devoid of any man-kind (may be other races) on it.
