I have to admit I have met several of these characters around the United States

And their story is bizarrely similar. Prison, then Islam.

These men readily assume I'm muslim and give me a discourse on Islam and their life changing experience as I wait for my stuff. Finally, I bid adieu, "Allahu Akbar" and get out of the place, laughing all the way out.

Well, I am half black myself and I must say, as politically incorrect as it sounds, anything that can get that many black guys to give up pork chops must be looked at with the upmost suspicion.
