Touching it, kissing it or pointing to it is the first thing that a person does when he wants to circumambulate the Ka’bah (tawaaf), whether he is doing Hajj or ‘Umrah or a voluntary tawaaf.

The Prophet SAWS (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) kissed it, and his ummah followed him in doing so.

If a person is unable to kiss it he should touch it with his hand or with something, and then kiss that thing.

If he is unable to do that he should point to it with his hand and say Allaahu akbar. Touching the Stone is one of the things by means of which Allaah erases sins.

The Quran is not fake in spite of the rancorous adversaries of both Mohammed and Jesus.

The Messenger of Allaah Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“The Black Stone came down from Paradise.”

The Messenger of Allaah Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

By Allaah, Allaah will bring it forth on the Day of Resurrection, and it will have two eyes with which it will see and a tongue with which it will speak, and it will testify in favour of those who touched it in sincerity.”

When prohet Ibrahim first left his family in the dead barren valley of Makkah he knew it was a sacred site, the site of the first house of worship ever built on earth. He asked Allah to bring people to it and direct their hearts to its residents.

“O our Lord! I have made some of my offspring to dwell in a valley without
cultivation, by Thy Sacred House; in order, O our Lord, that they may establish
regular Prayer: so fill the hearts of some among men with love towards them, and feed them with Fruits: so that they may give thanks.” [14:37]

And Allah answered his call.

Furthermore Ibrahim was instructed to reconstruct the Sacred House and call upon people to fulfil the duty they owe to Allah, the duty of visiting this sacred site.

“And proclaim the Pilgrimage among men; they will come to thee on foot and
(mounted) on every kind of camel, lean on account of journeys through deep and
distant mountain highways;” [22:27]]

The Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam and it is
the largest annual pilgrimage in the world,
and every muslam male and female must perform it at least once in lifetime if able

Pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah, those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of His creatures.” [3:97

we have a proof from the Quran

The first House (of worship) appointed for men was that at Bakka: Full of blessing and of guidance for all kinds of beings:

In it are Signs Manifest; (for example), the Station of Abraham; whoever enters it attains security; Pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah,- those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of His creatures. 3:96.97

i know you do not believe in the Quran but that does not make it not true

I can show you over a half dozen comments in Taburi of who built the Kab'ba,including but no tlimited to

Built in Heaven
Built by Allah
Built by Abraham
Built by Abraham and Ishmael
Built by Seth
Built by the Quaresh

The reality is that it was originally built somewhere between 400 and 500 AD, aprox, and probably by the Jurriam
