Religon and culture are very intertwined in most middle eastern countries. I tend to blame - if not the religon - at least its teachers/mullahs who have a huge influence there and continue to let all this to happen.
I think we're agreeing on the same point, but we each have a different way of saying it.

Why choose to respond to ignorance instead of knowledge. I know Islam . . . and I see no need to know any more. Knowledge doesn't alter its barbarity or deceitfulness toward non-Muslims or those NOT under jizzah . . . nor its goal of universal domination for Allah by force . . . nor its uncompromising goal of the elimination of the state of Israel.

Yes there are bad violent things that happen in other places and by other people. The issue is that when violent stuff happens within Islam its because the extremists believe that it is willed by God and they are carrying out God's plan. When you use a holy book you see as literal that leaves very little space to think about what you are doing. And as for Israel there are wrongs on both the Israeli and Palestinian side. Its not one sided.
The wrongs of the world do not justify the violence coming from Islam. The fanatics are not the victims they are the victimizers. The Muslims who carry out the terror are the ones who are brutal. Why is it that many Muslims justify the killing done in the name of Islam because of bad stuff others do? What is stopping Islam from getting their own house in order?
The world is not wrong to question the religion of Islam.
