Many people are surprised to see how European the Iranians look. The word Aryan comes from the word Iran and refers to the race of the people. Iran is the ancestral home of many Germans. Iran is not a semitic country and the people are not Arab, but much more closely related to the people of the Nordic and Germanic races.

Much of Iran is very similar to the European countries especially in the Mountainous Northern provinces where the temperatures can be quite cold. I did not take these pictures, they were sent to me in emails at a time when I was talking about what a beautiful country Iran is. I have been in the locations were these pictures come from and it all looks familiar.

I Thought it was the other way around, that is, "Iran" comes from the word Aryan. Also, I thought the [Aryan] migration went from northwest to southeast as in, from the steppes of eastern Europe toward the Indian sub-continent across Persia (modern Iran) along the way.

You are correct Iran came from Aryan. It is actually a mis spelling of the word Aryan..

The Persians have fluctuated from going back and forth in the Indian sub-continent and Europe with a lot of passage through Iran.. I believe the Aryan race originated in the Causcaus range. They did do a lot of migration. In any event they are a European people sort of a toss up as to what area they were in first. the German language has strong connections in goth Hindi and Farsi. There still are German words that retain their Hindi/Farsi form. Although at the moment I can not think of any specific ones. The people themselves seem to indicate a Northwest-South East migration, the languages indicate a South East-North West Migration.

One view of the migrations:

Not my culture so I guess I will never "get it."

Neither will I.

The fact is that these sorts of issues seem to come up in Muslim countries and women are the ones most targeted.

I don't care how many Muslims jump to the defense of this or who deflect to issues of the West to justify it.

It is just wrong.

Any religion that has no concept of separation of religion and state and who thinks it is ok to impose religious codes of behavior on its Muslim citizens, and in many cases all its citizens Muslim and non Muslim is problematic.

So just to be fair, that is the oldest psyops trick in the book.

Dethrone a dictator, discredit a dictator with child porn and drugs. It may or may not be true in this case, I don't know. But a pretty standard thing to do when you run a dictator out of power is to publicly discredit him with drugs and porn.

They'll bust your raggedy butt quicker than you can say insha'allah. Those folks over there have some serious problems, which they appear to be quite willing to share with us.
