Not really.........

While Jewish immigration to Palestine in the 1920s caused little alarm, the situation escalated markedly with the rise of Nazi persecution in Europe. Large numbers of European Jews flocked to Palestine, inflaming nationalist passions among all Arabs, who feared the creation of a Jewish state in which they would be the losers. Palestinian resistance erupted into a full-scale revolt which lasted from 1936-39

As the Jewish population in Palestine increased sharply during the 1930s, fighting between Jews and Arabs increased also. Both sides blamed the British, who failed miserably in their attempts to reach a settlement acceptable to all. The conflict was muted by the onset of World War II, during which both sides cooperated with the British.

Yes it has been at war for quite sometime but taking over Palestine only made things worse, if Israel didn't decide to take over Palestine then both sides would be living in peace and groups like Hamas would never exist.

Nonsense....shiaas are still killing sunnis.................and Israel has nothing to do with it. One of the reason Palestine was so barren looking to visitors between 1850 and 1950 is the wars waged between villages kept the olive and citrus groves burned and the crops destroyed. when Muslims don't have Christians, Pagans and Jews to kill, they kill each other.

the war between sunnis and shias started after the U.S. invasion in Iraq, the other countries don't really have any wars. Christians in Iraq lived peacfuly before the invasion, but now their life is a living hell. The one in Yemen is between the government and a tribe but not a civil war bettween the locals and it have been stopped.

Again, civil wars emerge when countries like the U.S. invades them without a justifiable reason.

Again you talk nonsense. The split between Shiaa's and Sunnis began when Mohammed died. The Sunnis believe that Mohammeds brother in law (or was it uncle?) Ali was the successor to Mohammed and the Sunnis believe the successors came through Fatimah. They've been at war with each other ever since.

Of all the sects in Islam, I think I like the Druze (a gnostic influenced sect) the best.........but I also tend to relate to the gnostic Christians.............

The American occupation of Iraq fueled the war between the two sects in Iraq while adding rasicm and hate towards Sunnis and Shias worldwide.

The American LIBERATION of Iraq has enabled them to choose their own government, create their own Constitution, and develop their own security forces . The ongoing feud has NOTHING to do with our liberation of Iraq and assistance in supporting their efforts at self-rule after so many decades under dictatorship. The Muslim obligation to deceive and misrepresent cannot overcome the truth and reality.

Don't be ridiculous. They've been fighting for more than a thousand years. But then again I suppose the only thing they understand and appreciate is a dictator that kills anyone who steps out of line. Not only do they like someone who kills the guilty party they like someone who kills everyone in the town that the guilty party lives in.

I find it amazing that Muslims refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. They shoot rockets and then are surprised when they get their butts kicked. They send suicide bombers into a country and then are surprised when people close their borders to them. And they excuse their actions by saying it is someone else s fault when they kill each other for a thousand years.......absolutely amazing.
