what is islam in your views? please with respecting
Well,...since you asked. Islam is just another religion, I see it as somehow in competition with christianity. I have no real love of christianity and islamics have not yet accosted me on the street corner or on my front porch and told me I'm going to hell. My suspicion is that it is just another version of the same ol' god myth, spruced up in new robes with a whole bunch of new screwy ideas, but, that's ok because I am really tired of the old screwy ideas. I wish them luck, after all, they have not yet tried to hit me up for money.
.......but you cant really call Hamas a terrorist organization because they won fair and square, for the last 3 years Israel didn't give them the chance to see what they could provide for their own people. How do you expect Palestine to have democracy and improve if Israel distracts them with wars all the time.
But, can you call Nazi Germany a terrorist organization???? Hitler was made leader fair and square by the German people!

Well Hamas won the election on their land with their people's choice, and this is one of the first steps of democracy, so Israel should at least give them a chance.
People look at the results of what these terrorists actually do and not their multicultural experience. The actions of many people who follow Islam is the problem.
No one's perfect, Muslims, Christians, Jews, Atheists etc all make mistakes.
Unfortunately, as long as Israel EXISTS . . . Islam IS at war of defense (Dar al-Harb) against ALL who support its existence and is in "Truce" with non-Muslims who do not support Israel (until a more propitious time.)
Well if you're land was taken illegitimately, would you sit there and do nothing?

My peoples land WAS taken illegitimately. Cherokee History: Trail of Tears as told by the Cherokees But that was a long time ago. Today we live in a world where we don't continue to fight each other......we just go after those who attack women and children.....like the Muslims do.

But the case with Israel is diffrent, they decided to take Palestine without negotiating or anything, just because their holy book said so.

Israel had nothing to do with it . . . the land was under British control and it was transferred to Israel. There are many "lands" that are no longer under the control of their original residents. The entire history of human conflict (wars) has been about such alternating possessions of land. The Arabs had their chance to drive the Israelis from the land . . . but they were too slow (Israel saw them coming and pre-empted the attack) and too ineffective as fighters to accomplish it. They tried again and lost more land in the attempt. It is a fait accompli . . . Israel exists and nothing is likely to change that reality. Get over it and get on with your lives.

Moderator cut: personal assumption .
The fact is that today's Palestinians are immigrants from the surrounding nations. The history and origins of today's Palestinians is recorded as being from Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Christians from Greece, Muslim Sherkas from Russia, Muslims from Bosnia, and the Jordanians next door. The civil and tribal wars between Yemmenites (from Yemen) and Kessites (from Banu Kais of Saudi Arabia) ... are well known among Palestinians.....if you were interested in the truth and you are indeed familiar with Palestine you would not keep repeating lies so you can justify the murder of women and children in marketplaces with suicide and car bombers.
A Palestinian Arab named Walid said “his village of Beit Sahur (The Shepherds Fields) in Bethlehem County was empty before his father settled in the area with six other families.” Answering Islam, A Christian-Muslim Dialog and Apologetic Although the Arabs of Ottoman Palestine may have had certain attachments to the fields they were cultivating they were also destroying the land. because of the wars between the few villages in the area too often they would cut down fruit trees and olives and destroyed the crops of other villages, and this in the end caused as much loss of life through hunger as was caused by the actual casualties of fighting. In spite of the immense fertility of the soil, it is probable that in the first half of the nineteenth century the population sank to the lowest level it had ever known in historic times.
Eyewitnesses such as Mark Twain and Rev. Manning of England who visited the Holy Land in the last century wrote that the land was barren and empty. The population then was less than 5% of today's population.
In fact Joan Peters in her book "From Time Immemorial" says that the return of the Jews in 1800's and early 1900's created jobs and Arabs from impoverished areas were drawn into the Holy Land for work. Peters also says that in 1948 so many Arabs were new to the area and could not qualify for the UN requirement for refugee status (people forced to leave "permanent" or "habitual" homes) that they added a clause permitting refugee status for Arabs who had been there as little as two years.
So don’t tell me Moderator cut: personal and insulting

Islam in and of itself is a peaceful, respectful, and tolerant religion. So is Christianity and Judaism. It is people that distort the message of the foundation of the religions for their selfish purposes.
Yep, people are the core problem with most political organizations, religion included.
