Do governments in Islam have any influence on just minded opinions by the People? (Egypt)

I see none. Does anybody else have a concept about how that may be a way for 'Democracy'? Of course, I add also-- that the threat of tyranny to be overcome is clueless as much as we can see this happen now in Yemen.

The threat of tyranny is overcome by simply having the gluttony of Man respond at the ideals of educated judgments. I saw this with the CAR situation in Egypt.
