The ones I have met personally have been very nice. Some were open about their religion from the start, while a couple were almost "afraid" to share until they knew I wasn't going to judge them. They ranged from very strict to very loose with regards to following their faith. They were just like anybody else.
The ones I know are kind, generous and loving.......Just like me
They are generally afraid of most Americans, because of the hatred they see and hear about them every day..They would like for us to know that just because they are muslim does not mean they are members of a cult like religion, just as we christians are not associated with the cultists claiming christianity.
My next-door neighbors are Muslim, and really nice folk. While I disagree with the beliefs of their religion; they are as nice as any Christians I have ever known.
