Kinda cool, but doesn't that also make the point of just how far down the list of "livability" jackson may have been in 1985?

How much of that came from the dot-com boom before a certain CEO was sent up the river?

Jackson, Ms is overall a good city. Just like with every city in the USA there are good parts and bad parts of a city
