Thoughts? Good place to live? Drove through today & looks like building is picking up in there?

If you can afford it yes. New ownership and homes are being built again. Promising future.

Good to hear. Do you know if they plan on ever having restaurants or shops inside Lost Rabbit? (after more homes are built)

Yes. It's in the master plan. You can also see the plans I think on the lost rabbit website. The Town of Lost Rabbit

Yes, I'm fairly certain the intent all along in Lost Rabbit has been to have some kind of charming town center of a sort. My impression is that the development got stalled after the 2008 national financial collapse and only recently emerged after some legal wrangling (over repaying county bonds...or something...), now under brand-new ownership and rolling forward with confidence. The location cannot be beat, with the main question being whether it fits one's targeted price point.

Being close to the water is a great thing, but I wouldn't want to drive from Lost Rabbit into Jackson every day.

What is the price range for Lost Rabbit?

Your "impression"? It's in countless news stories.

It is an easy drive into Jackson, and fewer and fewer professionals are working downtown, many are now on highland colony.

Assuming some doctor. It's 30 minutes from Lost Rabbit to UMMC, in the middle of the night. That means at least 45 minutes at the prime rush times in the morning and evening. More if you're headed downtown. That's starting to rival big city traffic durations.
