Apt / Condo in Ponte Vedra
I was looking at renting a place located at "The Bordwalk in Ponte Vedra Beach" ---- of course the description sounded really nice, but is it a nice place?
I need a 2 bedroom / 2 bath place in Ponte Vedra. Would like clean, safe place as I am a single mom. Prefer a garage or at least assigned parking and washer/dryer in the unit. Price: approx $900
Any comments on the Boardwalk would be great or suggestions on a good place.

I was also looking at The Remington at Ponte Vedra Lakes. Address: 611 Ponte Vedra Lakes Blvd, Ponte Vedra Bch, FL 32082
Your help is really appreciated as I hope to secure a place before or as soon as I get there to get the children settled in nicely before school commences.

both places are in the northern part of town, I'm not too familiar with either of them, there are no issues with the area, PVB is a good area and as a temporary place, how bad can it be? |

I prefer the Boardwalk over the Remmington. The Boardwalk is newer and if I remember correctly gated.
You will be safe in either place.
