I like the hole-in-the-wall Chinese places myself and Jacksonville has some good places like that that could fall slightly into that category. Phoenix has some good places like that as well. Here in Raleigh/Durham, no, there aren't any good hole-in-the-wall Chinese places. It seems to be a big complaint among people up here.

For just good, regular chinese take-out I like the Wok-n-Rolls (there are a few locations), Wok House is also good.
I love P.F. Chang's, it seems I am not alone in that .
Nan Thai is coming to Jax this fall in the Saint Johns Town Center...should be fusion, like P.F. Chang's.
Hmmmmm........
Yeah, outside of regular take-out, there are not many Chinese restaurants I can think of. We have tons of Thai & Japanese restaurants, but not so much Chinese.

there's a new thai/fusion place in PVB that's pretty good, but I just came from trying to go to pf changs, over 1 hour wait, which will never happen, we wound up going to Ted's, 3 minute wait, so I think I will keep this place secret

mmmm Japanese food... I lived for 4 years in Japan as a kid. My most favoritest food... TonKatsu... I like it so much we have a cat named Katsu... Sounds like we need a Tonkatsu patrol!! (Like Myfask's pizza patrol)LOL
Well my wife and Eldest son will be happy, they love Sushi.
I noticed this at a few places by Tampa... Do they make the 'spicy' food spicy by adding tabasco sauce?? Or was that just an weird place that I had found?
