We are a professional, married couple being transferred to the Mayo Clinic in JAX. All our children are grown and gone.
We are interested in a long-term lease home with the minimum following amenities:
Good neighborhood
10 - 15 miles from Mayo
1300+ sq ft
3/1.5, 2 car garage
Fenced yard
Allow one small dog
We much prefer a home w/o an HOA or CCRs.
Any help will be appreciated.

I'm renting my house in Mandarin. It feets all your criteria (execpt the driving distance - it is about 20 miles to Mayo Clinic), it has fenced yard, nice, quiet neigborhood. You may check map and pictures on Zillow:
