Young retired couple with 3 very well behaved chihuahuas, looking for well kept, clean home to rent for long term ( at least 2 years) can pass credit and backround with flying colors. Need at least 3 bedrooms and dining room. Would like fencing or allow us to put up fencing. Would like access to a pool

Walter Williams Property Management has an office in St. Augustine and usually has a wide variety of houses for rent.
They will inquire with the owner whether they will accept any particular pets, so you should be OK there if the owner of a property you like will take you with the pets.
