At like 3:00 AM there was a loud boom like explosion somewhere in mandarin. Did anyone else hear it?

Thanks

I didn't hear anything. But I'm in Julington Creek. Maybe a little too far away?

I'm near Old St Aug and Hood Landing Rd and I didn't hear anything. I keep a HEPA filter running at night, though, so I don't hear much beyond the white noise.

Maybe. It was so loud though i expected to see a giant cloud of smoke or fire in the sky.

i have been hearing loud boom noise's across the country for the past month. i heard a few in anchorage ak, sounded almost like aritillery, i also heard the noise in wilmington, nc, and when i heard it here i also saw what looked to me like an explosion, but of course nobody knows what it is and me and my friend were apparently the only people to see it. i reported it to the police department and they dont even know what it is. so my guess is your guess, military, ufo's, meteors, ozone layer... so many things, but they will never tell us soo all i can tell you is keep your heads up. p.s. the noise is almost like a earthquake, so loud it shakes the house and the ground.. been hearing it all over the place.

I had a pillow over my head last night, so I didn't hear anything!

I live in VA but am relocating to FL. Regardless, yes, for the past couple days there have been numerous reports of booms in Virginia Beach. Police seem to think it comes from the area right across the VA border, near Wilmington, NC. Also, seemingly unrelated buuut....there have been recent UFO sitings around the Richmond area. They're valid enough that the videos are making the news. Weird, is all.
