we just moved from Orlando thank god we are renting in the lake asbury area there are homes for sale everywhere and i have seeen quite a few 3 and 4 bedrooms for about 200,000 some new some older some not even built yet. some problems are the size of the rooms the newer homes tend to have smaller bedrooms than then the older ones and the older ones are actually built a little better with cinderblock and actual brick not brick facing. Your best bet would be to rent in a nice family neighborhood. down here you have to look you can only see so much online. but even though i havent found a job yet i feel better than i did in orlando .

Can you explain what the "home owner" exemption is all about?

The first $25k of your home's value is exempt from property taxes.

For example:

You buy a home for $250k, you "homestead", you are taxed for only $225k.

To "homestead":

1) the home has to be your primary home

2) you have to complete a very simple 'homestead' form and mail in to the city....lots of people forget this part !

Here is our city's Property Appraiser site which explains it in detail and you can also print out the homestead form here:

Hello, I'm curious about what kind of job you are looking for.

I've been attending millionaire seminars and my choice is to not have a "JOB"- referred to as Just Over Broke. I'm learning about making money with money. I have opportunites both if you have money or if you know someone with money that they want to grow. You may learn you have more money available than you ever realized.

So write and tell us what job market are you wanting.
