I live just off Southside and have been watching it being built for some time. I thought it looked like it was going to be a really cool place. What would give me pause would be the traffic right there on Southside. It gets really heavy morn/noon/night.

Tapestry Park looks very nice. If all the other cookie-cutter crap in the suburbs were designed this way, I think people would be slightly more positive about living in Jax.

Never underestimate the power of attractive neotraditional design.

Is it possible to walk to anything outside of the immediate development? I guess you could bike to Tinseltown and SJTC...but that's not ideal.

Harajuka - would you happen to know the name of the apartment complex you referenced? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

MaryAnn, the new apartment complex is called Tattersall.. Here's a link to a bit of info on it: Arlington Properties - Tattersall at Tapestry Park (http://www.arlingtonproperties.net/development_and_acquisition/tattersall - broken link)
