though, believe me the world golf village has very few shops and the ones what are there are around a big lake with music coming from the bushes

My point was that you said 'the SJTC is just a fancy strip mall...at least it's in Duval', so I was saying that the WGV is not much more than a fancy strip mall with a golf theme (which extends to the other side of I95 by the way, it's pretty big), plus you're getting the Esplanade......all in St. John's county - they're everywhere

Phase II should be completed by this Fall.......it's coming along, so I expect we will indeed see it open for the holiday season.

How many condos really need to be built?
I do not know the answers to these questions.
But if a shopping center must be built, I'd rather see something like the St Johns Town Center than some of the other monstrosities I've seen.
