Good question I was wondering this myself when I read this post yesterday. You would think someone offering quasi legal advice would offer a brief resume of his qualifications.

He's part of an engine? Or a character on the TV series Bones? CAMon gimme a clue..lol I am not in real estate so have no idea what a CAM is.

Thanks Eric I really didn't have any idea what a CAM was. I don't live in a community association, but we are thinking of buying into either Riverwoods or maybe down in Palencia for our retirement. Maybe I should learn some more about community associations. I guess there is more to it than just paying an association fee.

I always get a chuckle when someone uses LCAM instead of CAM. IE- Magnolia Bloom, LCAM vs Magnolia Bloom, CAM

A Community Association Manager MUST be licensed in Florida, so using the "L" seems redundant.
