I do know that there is a plan for a second pool area out towards the western side of Nocatee. I have not heard of a time frame, but given the fast pace of construction I would think it will be sooner rather then later. I think the parc group needs to start hearing from people in regards to construction of more tennis courts, a baseball facility, etc. Given that this one the fastest growing communities in the US, I think the time for pulling back because of a slow market is over. They have been great to this point, but it is time to start expanding on what they have started.

I haven't heard that. That would be nice though. Is there an area that's set aside for a pool somewhere in/around Greenleaf? I know the first school (K-8) is slated to be built right outside GL, but haven't heard mention of a pool.

If you look at the original computer animation of the waterpark, the area where the sand volleyball court is now looks like it was intended for a regulation size pool. This year, Nocatee kids can join Palencia's swimteam, but the plan is to eventually have our own.

yes, Nocatee will have its own pool for a swim team , but it will not be like it was in the waterpark renderings. They made a smart decision to not have therm together , as the crowds would be a problem with everything being in one place. So the swim team facilities will likely be in the area yet to be developed south of Coastal Oaks. The pool down on the western end is a definite go , and I am sure that will go in before a swim team type pool, even though there has been a lot of requests from their surveys for a pool to accommodate a team.
