We've been here since March. We love it! The neighbors are nice, the parks are great!
I can't give any advice on Mattany though, sorry.
Good luck!

We are 25 and are hoping to start our family when we move there. We are actually first on the list to choose our lot with Mattamy in the new 2b phase in July. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!
You will get a better quality home from David Weekley than Mattamy. It's not even a comparison. One visit to their display room showing all the extras they do is all the proof you need.

We live in Greenleaf Village and love it! We have been here since October 2011. My husband and I are early 30's with 2 small children. It is truly a "neighborhood." We know all of our neighbors and their kids names. I've had to call neighbors in an emergency and they have rushed over to help. I've had neighbors text me to tell me I left my garage open, and ask if I would like them to close it. Our kids all play together out in the street and park. That is the kind of community we were looking for when we moved here, so we are in love! We have a Providence Home. My husband is an attorney and worked for a construction law firm, and his firm said that all of the builders are quality builders and they would be comfortable with an of them. Good luck, and we would welcome you to the neighborhood!

Since Mattamy is being phased out of Greenleaf, we are getting one of the last lots with that builder- 49! Can't wait!

Any teenagers in Greenleaf? Will be moving down from NJ and trying to find a neighborhood where my teenagers will be able to make some friends.

Yes, Greenleaf has teens as well as Willowcove and Coastal Oaks. The kids that go to Nease are very down to earth and not snobby at all!

Visited the area and it is very nice. Torn between Durbin Crossing and Greenleaf.
