Mandarin is really just a large suburban neighborhood, so there is not a whole lot of sightseeing to do in Mandarin itself, but there are a few historical sites (there is some Harriet Beecher Stowe history there). Here's a link to the Mandarin Historical Society:

Or were you looking to make Mandarin a destination?
There's plenty to do in the area - the beaches, etc., but I'm not sure if you were looking for info specific to Mandarin only???
