Jacksonville is an even more segrated metro area of haves and have-nots than Charlotte. If a similar incident happened here, the riots would be worse.

Riots like that can happen in any large metro city, I wouldn't really consider it an indictment against Charlotte.

Agreed. Plus the ones in Charlotte are not near as bad as portrayed on tv.
