Hi Peter,

Thank you for the info. I think tomorrow I will call and inquire. I wish you luck with your move and if this place works out I will keep you posted.

Stone Cove Apartments (broken link)

The apartments are small and there are pretty much no amenities (no pool, no dishwasher, no fitness room, etc.) But going on a couple reviews from apartmentratings.com there is no bug problem as they keep up on the pest control. All the apartments are single story townhouse apartments. The price seems reasonable too. So it might be worth checking out. I am not vouching for how great this place is because I haven't been there but it's something to check out if you haven't already tried this place out.

And with tax credits too.

See here: Florida Housing Search - Socialserve.com to find affordable rental housing.

Most developments like this mix market rate with affordable units, and many of them are actually subsidized luxury apartments that don't look anything like what most people would consider affordable housing.

The problem with these "subsidized luxury apartments" is that I do not qualify because I make more than the require salary requirement. I would love to be able to live there, but I can't. I need a complex that does not have "income restrictions"

I appreciate your input. I need all the help I can get.

Default An Update...

Thank You Everyone For Your Responses. I Have Started To Look At Many Places. I Have Looked In The Paper, The Sugested Websites, Register With Apt. Locator.

Most Places Want A Lease Right Now, So I Am Doing The Waiting Game And Just Waiting To Get Closer To October Or November To See What Happens.
