frustrated in NPR is on a distinguished road
I don't know what to do. I am handicapped and cannot get out to my garage and its only two of us. We just got a fine to go to court saying we watered our lawn which the only day my husband did this was when he planted new flowers. Normally even on our day we don't water. NO NOTICE NOTHINGI am so upset do we have the right to ask for a tape showing it. do they have the right without sending up a first notice?
