i built a home with them while i was still living in cleveland 900 miles away and they breached the contract SEVERAL times by never communicating with me or notifying me when the permits came in like the contract stated. the home was supposed to be done in october and i needed time to sell my home up north. then all of a sudden i get a notice saying i need to close on august 15th or i lose my binder deposit! needless to say, i have not gotten my 7000 dollar binder back!
