Please message me any info with this builder. I want to build with them but now I am worried. The model home at Durbin is beautiful...

Check out the Tuscany model by DS WARE in Durbin Crossing. It is a very similar floor plan, much more trustworthy builder. Just drive by their homes... you can see the difference in quality. They will also build off site.

I have been to every builders home out there so far. The ds ware style was my 2nd choice. It is odd this is the only place I can find reviews when they claim to have built so many homes....

Take a ride down to Murabella in WGV on the Publix side and talk to people who have bought their homes. Might be your best bet to get some objective opinions.

We're building with them now and have had mostly a great experience. They definitely give you the most house for the money, which is basically their business plan. They don't make as much on each house as some builders, but they sell more houses.

My best advice would be to get all of the upgrades in up front, and negotiate the heck out of them. They will budge on everything. But also make sure they write down everything in extreme detail, so there's no question later on as to what you paid for (which is what's happening to us right now.)

Default neighborhood

Which of the neighborhoods are you building? I was looking at Pine Ridge.
