Dream Finders Builder
Hi, anyone have any experience with this builder? Thinking of using them to build, any advice on things to watch in the contract would be great too or negotiating points. Thx!

I can't comment on their homes since I don't know anybody who owns one but they seem to go up overnight like mushrooms which makes me wonder about the quality.

This is all I can give you. I am not familiar with any of the names of the managers or their quality, and I thought I knew every builder in NE FL. If you tell me where you're thinking of building I can certainly tell you some builders that I know for sure are good quality.

I built with DreamFinders and had a descent experience. The things I would complain about the most is: House was dirty from construction when I did the walk thru, choice of exterior color could not be used 2 months down the road and they already hung the soffits so I had to settle for a color I did not like. Now I am having issues with excessive condensation on the inside of my windows due to them using aluminum instead of vinyl on an energy effiecient home. Let me know if you need anything else.

Do you mind if I ask what model you built with Dream Finders? We are in the plan stage of building the Barcelona model, but the high ceilinga worry me a little bit.
So far our experience with Dream Finders has been great. Of course, we don't have the house yet
