we have decided on stratford mills apartments for our first home in St Agustine FL, any options good or bad about the place,,,,Thanks

It's a very nice apartment community. The location is excellent for commuting to Jacksonville. There's not very much to do in the immediate surrounding area but you can be on the beach or in the center of St. Augustine in less than 25 minutes.

thanks ssclulow, we are having a very hard time trying to find a short term lease rental in st agustine, and actually my husband will be working in the st agustine area, but we cannot find anything there, maybe you might know of some where

Short term, desireable unfurnished rentals are almost impossible to find in St. Augustine. The rental market is very tight right now and landlords do not have to accept less than a 1 yr. lease to attract tenants. The tenants in my rental houses have signed 2 year leases. If I understand correctly from another of your postings, renting is a short term solution until you buy here. I'd strongly advise sticking with Stratford Mills.
