I have been to Blackrock beach up at Big Talbot, and that's the closest thing i can think of to a rocky terrain on a beach-scape. I'm thinking of something like the photo links below. I don't believe there are any large mountains here in Florida, but I don't know if there are any mini-scale cliffs that are really beautiful and worth a drive. I live in Jax so the closer to here the better, but if anyone knows of any in FL at all, i would add them to my wish list for sure to hit at some point.

Ummmm No! It's not going to happen in Florida, you might get lucky and find a sand dune that's maybe 15-20 feet high but thats about it.

Cliffs? In FL? LOL! We don't have hills (other than overpasses) here in FL.

There are a few rocky beaches in the state. One is just South of St. Augustine but no cliffs there. It isn't rocky like you'd see in CA though.

The only place I can think of is St Johns Bluff, in the NE part of Jacksonville. There are some dunes or hills there, but no rocky cliffs.

WIth a clever camera angle, you could make the rocks in gadgetrick's shot look 100 ft tall

This area is on the St Johns River and it's called the "Fort Caroline National Memorial"

LOL!

I haven't had a chance to get back there to get more photos. I've been busy lately spinning off a new business from my photography business. My weekends--when I usually have time to shoot stuff for myself--have been busy.
