Default 2-story condos/townhouses in urban neighborhoods?

Got news yesterday I'll be sticking around Jacksonville for quite a while longer, which has given my housing search new impetus. I know this issue has been discussed before on the forum, but I'm curious whether there have been any recent developments I've missed.

I'm looking to purchase a townhouse or 2-story condo in a walkable area of the city. To my knowledge the only places like this currently available are: Churchwell Lofts, Berkman Townhouses, townhouses on Church St and San Marco Place townhouses. Anything I'm missing that hasn't sold out yet or any developments coming up in the near future? I am well aware of other matching complexes but they are sold out.

Besides those, I know there are some 2 story units in these:

Market Street Lofts: 1951 Market Lofts - Intown Jacksonville - historic & intown real estate

1661 Riveside: 1661 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204 :: Exit Real Estate Gallery

Chelsea Lofts: Lovin' Loft Livin'! at The Chelsea Lofts - Apartment Unit for Sale in Jacksonville, FL - HotPads

The Alexandria: Alexandria Jacksonville Condos, Alexandria Jacksonville Condos Florida, Jacksonville condos

Forget what these are called, but they're all under water and most will sell cheap: 111 1st St Jacksonville FL 32206 Condo for sale - MLS #601380. Not nearly as nice as the others, but extremely affordable and not a bad location.

All in very walkable neighborhoods.

Thanks fsu. I'm not a fan of the Alexandria places. I will be taking a look at a Chelsea unit, though it's not ideal (true loft, aka small). All the others sold-out. Nothing new on the horizon on this front?

Nothing imminent, that I'm aware of. Townhouses have been mentioned for cetain spots in SPR, partially through NSP3 funds. But until the market begins to loosen, I don't see that happening.

Of course there's 2 large new developments going up in the Brooklyn area on Riverside Avenue, but those are rentals only, I believe.

That 1661 listing that I thinked still looks available, and is 2 story.

Not a huge inventory, obviously. Oh to have 2000's back, and how the City would re-think it's development priorities if done over again.

The two 1661 Riverside places on MLS are pending or contingent. If Jax had a better selection in these neighborhoods I would've bought already.
