looking for a nice house to rent (Jacksonville, Fruit Cove: rentals, neighborhood)

Here we go again...I love this site!
I need your help again, all of you that are already in Jacksonville...
It's very hard to find a house long distance (I'm in NC), I want to rent for the first year so we can take our time looking for the right house to buy, but here's the problem, we need a good realtor to help us or some people that live there to point us at the right direction.
Here's what we are looking for...St. John's County, easy commute to Phillips Hwy (that's where work is) a single family home with a fenced yard for the dog, preferebly with a pool, if not a community pool will do, min of 3 beds and 2 baths in a nice family neighborhood.
If any of you know of anything that fits the description or a good realtor please let me know, I'm going crazy and getting nowhere!

What price range are you looking at? Do a search for Fruit Cove. Jullington Creek is nice, but a little pricier. I'm sure many realtors wil DM you. Check out their listings and see if they are listing properties similar to those that you want to rent. You also may do a search on property managers in St. Johns and south Duval counties.

Glad to know you are placing your business on Philips. I recently heard it referred to as the builder's supply corrider.

I have a good friend that is a realtor he has helped many of my friends. He has told me about a lot of pool rentals in that area

I'm trying to keep it at $1600 mo. and recently decided that a community pool is a better idea so I don't have to bother with pool maint.
Fruit Cove, Jullington Creek and Switzerland are on the top of my list, but not easy to find what I'm looking for in those areas...that's why I'm asking for help!!!!!
