Does anyone have any information regarding this community in PV? We like one of the houses there but was wondering if anyone had information about it.

Ponte Vedra East is right on A1A, north of Corona.



A1A is busy almost 24/7 and so loud you even hear it when you're living on the Boulevard. I wonder why the homes are so expensive, as there are other beautiful and quiet neighborhoods in that price range, like The Plantation or Plantation Oaks.

don't allow yourself to be seduced by these great houses in a terrible location!

you can find similar homes in much better locations.
remember in real estate it all about location location and location, everything else is secondary.
