Ponte Vedra East community
Does anyone have any information regarding this community in PV? We like one of the houses there but was wondering if anyone had information about it.

Stand outside the house you're thinking of buying. you can hear the traffic on A1A go whizzing by.

Ponte Vedra East is right on A1A, north of Corona.
 A1A is busy almost 24/7 and so loud you even hear it when you're living on the Boulevard. I wonder why the homes are so expensive, as there are other beautiful and quiet neighborhoods in that price range, like The Plantation or Plantation Oaks.
